Quick, easy…and painful!
Jalapeno Nacho Bite Recipe
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 cup Momma Jeka’s Guacamole
- Large tortilla chips (pick ten big ones from our recipe here!)
Preheat oven to 350.
In a baking dish or cookie sheet, spread out your tortilla chips. Cover them with half of the cheese. Slice your jalapeno to match the amount of chips you’re baking and place one on each chip. Then cover with the remaining cheese. Place chips in oven and cook until desired doneness.
When done, remove from the oven and let cool for about 3 minutes. Then take a small dollop of guacamole and place on each chip.
You’ll get a great balance between the heat of the jalapeno and the cool creaminess of the guacamole!
