Terra Preta – Real Farm to Table Eats in Scranton

Published on: Nov 07 2016 by WhiskeyBeard

Meat lovers and vegans can enjoy a meal together at downtown Scranton’s Terra Preta.

While perhaps not affordable on a weekly basis for the average foodie, Terra Preta mixes an upscale environment with down to earth hospitality. Between seasonal menu items, like mushroom crepes, butternut squash & cashew cheese lasagna, and pork belly topped twice baked potatoes, and year round classics, like pork buns, a charcuterie board, and various flat breads, there’s plenty to bring you back to Terra Preta for something new.

Twice Baked Potato – Roast potato stuffed with sweet potato mash, topped with sour cream, scallions and roast pork belly.
